Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Divorce Attorney with 1-5 years of family law experience to join our Lakewood, Castle Rock and Boulder offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in divorce and family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of divorce and family law matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- 1-5 years of experience in divorce and family law.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered legal services.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base salary and quarterly bonuses for an annual income between $85,000 and $200,000, depending on experience, hours billed and collections.
